Every clinician agrees. Nobody in the clinic has the time. And even then, some patients would not be confortable sharing sensitive life stories face to face.
ISBERG HEALTH moves the time-consuming and hyper confidential part out of the consultation.
We are also aware that clinicians might be amazing experts in their own medical specialty but cannot be equally trained in other specialties, and even less so in the field of Rare Diseases.
Therefore, we have designed a unique, explanable AI powered Software solution, that can help them access, in a few clicks, a comprehensive whole-person view of the person which they are asked to help, making them aware of the complex hidden common root cause and context behind many comorbidities.

The clinic sends a link
Before the appointment, from the clinic's own interface, upon patient consent.
The patient answers from home, without any pressure
Several guided questionnaires, in the patients' prefered natural language.
With the possibility to chose which sensitive data should not be displayed after processing.
The clinician accesses the report
A fully structured and visual report in the record, before the patient comes in, in the clinician's prefered language.
A short summary on top of very detailed sub-sections, with a companion AI there to answer any question.

The consultation is far more efficient
Less time spent on asking questions, full focus on the 3 essentials points with a far more cooperative patient, who feels fully understood as a whole.

The validated, holistic clinician report can be shared
If need be and upon patient consent, the clinician version of the patient file is shared to other specialists he will be referred to, inside or outside the clinic.

Where we start
Chronic pain and auto-immune diseases first. Any chronic condition with a biopsychosocial component next.
Chronic pain is where unexplained non-response to treatment is most common and most costly.
Our first clinical study, scheduled to recruit over 250 patients each in over 5 countries, will measure how a holistic pre-consultation report can help predict resistance to treatment and/or comorbidities over a period of 12 months.
The same study will follow on how life context changes will impact the course of a disease: inflammatory and metabolic conditions, mental health, addiction medicine, rare diseases.

We prioritize maintaining the highest levels of data encryption and secured architecture. From day 1, we have rejected a business model based on generating data for advertising and sales purposes of third parties.
